Welcome to S Strong Design! I am an artist that has lived in the Pacific Northwest for 30 years and am happy to call Bellingham my home for the last 11 years. I enjoy working with acrylic and watercolors but a few years ago was introduced to silk painting. I like to paint with vibrant colors, love the way the paint flows freely on the silk and the fact that it is more unpredictable than water color. Silk painting is now my specialty.
All of my artwork is original and is centered on nature, birds, florals and landscapes using an edgy yet soft contemporary feel.
My artwork is currently being exhibited in The Art Market in Fairhaven, Washington the Jansen Art Center in Lynden, Washington and in the Sudden Valley Creekside Barn in Bellingham, Washington.
